A Bit About Me

Hi guys! My name is Diya Sindol and I am currently a sophomore at Cypress High School in California. I love being artistic and designing/creating new things. 

The reason I created this project was because of my recent interest towards business. I found that business really connects with my passions for solving problems and communicating with people. On the other hand, theres also so many different avenues within business which can be overwhelming when thinking about what part to focus on in college or a career. I had this idea of interviewing people already working in the industry and documenting my findings in a blog. Whoever comes across this blog can also gain valuable and real knowledge about different business industries. 

My interview approach is firstly cold emailing potential interviewees. Once they reply I schedule calls to ask informational questions that could get real insights about their different careers. What makes this extremely valuable is how we can see the path these people have taken to reach their career now and what they regret about it or what they appreciate. This can help whoever reads my blogs to give more clarity on their own paths. 

So far my own career exploration journey has been crazy. I went from not knowing how to choose which career path to being pretty much set on business.
